**Technical Training Program Manager - Residential Energy APAC**: This role is responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs to support product launches, and facilitating the adoption of new products and features in the APAC region.

  • Lead the development and delivery of technical training programs for internal sales teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support product launch and project management activities, ensuring seamless rollout of new software, products, and features across APAC markets.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define requirements for new products and support product road mapping.
  • Facilitate technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, acting as a bridge between sales, engineering, service, and external stakeholders.
  • Support compliance and certification processes for products, ensuring alignment with regional standards and requirements.
  • Engage with industry stakeholders and network operators to advance solar and storage adoption, driving innovation and advocating for policies that remove barriers to residential energy storage deployment across regions.
  • Develop relationships with channel partners and installers to provide training, support, and resources for successful product adoption and implementation.
**Requirements**:
  • 5-8 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, technical training, or a related field, ideally within the energy market.
  • Engineering degree or electrical background preferred; equivalent technical expertise in renewable energy systems highly valued.
  • Proven experience in delivering technical training and developing training content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of residential energy products, industry standards, and emerging trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and confidently.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage product launches and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to evolving business and industry needs.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, curriculum development, and training methodologies.
