Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage a portfolio of properties, including residential and mixed-use/commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the strata industry and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day property operations, including accounts, admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests, and attending sites for meetings as required
  • Deal with a range of stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, and contractors

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of the strata industry and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
