  • Document and track customer interactions and issues
  • Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred
