Job Title: Retail Operations Manager

This role oversees the execution of retail operations and events across various sports, including the AFL, NRL, NZR, UFC, NFL, and RWC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to execute retail operations and events successfully.
  • Oversee aspects of retail event operations, including inventory management, staffing, visual merchandising, and customer service excellence.
  • Develop strategies to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all retail partner functions.
  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage stock preparation and planning, including pre-and post-event activities, and oversee 3PL replenishment and processes effectively.
  • Lead department sustainability initiatives and develop a best-in-class product strategy across both licensed and Fanatics products.
  • Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion and average order value (AOV).

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to multiple retail and event venues frequently.
  • Experience working in major sporting events and on-site retail programs is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Must live and breathe our company values and culture, with a passion for growth and development.
  • Merchandising and layout experience is desired, with project management and store openings also beneficial.
  • Able to travel interstate for prolonged periods, including weekends, as required.
