Job Title: Retail Procurement Strategist

We are seeking a highly capable retail procurement specialist to drive Goods Not For Resale (GNFR) strategy and lead a high-performing team.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a dynamic, high-impact team within Australia's leading family business.

  • Analyze market trends to develop & execute GNFR procurement strategies for categories such as store fixtures, fittings, POS stock, signage, and consumables, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and high-quality outcomes.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts globally, including direct sourcing with international suppliers and end-to-end delivery management, in coordination with our global supply office.
  • Collaborate with brands to forecast needs, align procurement with business objectives, and support the development and procurement of custom fixtures from prototypes to rollouts.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three, setting clear goals and maintaining a high-performance culture.
