Job Title: Operations Leader

My Place is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee its clinical and operational teams. The General Manager will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for delivering, improving, and developing the service support teams through supervision of managers in multiple functional areas.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of clinical supports and operational initiatives
  • Supervise managers across multiple teams and ensure effective teamwork
  • Oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve service quality and organizational sustainability

Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams
  • Established track record in management, particularly during growth and maturity phases of an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high-level written and digital literacy
