This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that requires providing accurate connections to Police, Fire, and Ambulance dispatchers across the country at the request of customers. You will be required to follow strict protocols and procedures to ensure every call is taken quickly, efficiently, and correctly.
The Triple Zero call centre operates 24/7, and this position is exclusively for night shifts. As a Night Shift Emergency Response Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Answering calls from all over Australia
- Efficiently connecting emergency calls to Police, Fire, or Ambulance dispatchers
- Providing consistent and high-quality service
- Ensuring customers are treated with empathy
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre or face-to-face environment
