Field Service Technician

Our organization seeks a skilled Field Service Technician to fill this role.

About the position:

  • Maintain a safe work environment and possess a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Determine and repair complex mechanical issues with excellent customer service skills.
  • Work independently with good time management skills and a strong oral and written communication ability.
  • Possess a relevant trade qualification (Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant, Diesel Mechanic).

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A current Driver's licence.
  • A relevant Trade Qualification (non-forklift industry considered).
  • Possess good problem solving and decision making skills.

  • Previous experience in a similar role in an associated industry.
  • The willingness to participate in training programs to increase your product knowledge and understanding of procedures, safe work practices, statutory responsibilities and licensing requirements.
