Job Title: Maintenance Officer/ Groundsman- Retirement Living
Key Responsibilities- Maintain independent living units, grounds, and equipment.
- Ensure up-to-date records of all chemicals in use and compliant with appropriate safety and best practice.
- Maintain the grounds in a neat and tidy manner.
- Identify preventative maintenance requirements, complete the works, and documentation of schedules.
- Ensure preventative and corrective maintenance is actioned within legal requirements and are documented in the relevant registers.

The Ideal Candidate- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Possess current First Aid & CPR certificate.
