About the Role

  • Maintain independent living units, grounds and equipment to ensure they are safe, secure and well-maintained.
  • Manage records of chemicals in use and adhere to relevant safety standards.
  • Keep the grounds neat and tidy, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance tasks, documenting schedules and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • General hands-on maintenance skills or experience as a handyman.
  • Knowledge of gardening equipment and ability to maintain garden beds.
  • Experience in day-to-day maintenance of properties/units.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
