Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Specialist

As a landscape maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing site grounds and gardens. This role requires a passion for creating and maintaining yard services with an emphasis on ensuring all maintenance and yard needs are met.

  • Maintain and enhance site grounds and garden, including turf management, tree and shrub maintenance, mowing, weed control, and watering the grounds

  • Provide proactive maintenance to structures and services as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Capable of enduring extended shifts (11.5 hours) in a dynamic work environment
  • Experience in general maintenance or a background in trades or labor is preferred
  • Familiarity with chemical handling is advantageous

  • A dedication to providing authentic and friendly customer service
  • A driven, enthusiastic, and positive attitude with a 'can-do' spirit
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, occasionally for extended durations

  • Possession of a forklift certification is preferred
  • Mandatory Requirement - Manual Driver's License
  • Mandatory Requirement - Cert III Horticulture
  • National Police Clearance obtained within the last 6 months
