Executive Forensic Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Forensic Accountant to join our Melbourne team. With extensive experience in business valuations and commercial loss assessments, you will play a key role in providing expert advice to clients.
About the RoleAs an Executive Forensic Accountant, you will be responsible for reviewing financial information, identifying critical elements, and providing detailed analysis of financial performance. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to identify key issues and develop effective solutions.
With your excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients, you will liaise with stakeholders to obtain information and communicate outcomes. Your research and analytical skills will also enable you to provide insightful reports and recommendations to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze complex financial data to identify key trends and issues
- Develop and implement effective strategies to address client needs
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on business valuations and commercial loss assessments
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A qualification in Accounting or Finance, or relevant professional accreditation
- Significant experience in forensic accounting, including business valuations and commercial loss assessments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
