Experienced Event Curator for Strategic Initiatives

At the University of New South Wales, we are seeking an accomplished Program Curator to play a pivotal role in shaping our internal and external event programs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for curating and designing large-scale events, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring a best-in-class experience for attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate and design high-profile events, exhibitions, and experiences that align with the university's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify compelling global and local speakers and topics.
  • Mentor speakers/academics, develop promotional copy, and create engaging scripts.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS, including academics, researchers, and industry partners.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote events and programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event curation and management.
