Key HR Role

This is a key position within the organization, responsible for delivering a broad range of human resource functions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing accurate and specialized advice on complex people matters, including HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR projects, policies, processes, and strategies.
  • Managing payroll variations, recruitment activities, and staff inductions.
  • Reviewing and updating HR policies in line with legislation changes and best practice.
  • Managing status reports and contributing to annual work plan deliverables.
About This Role

This role requires a well-developed understanding of relevant legislation and policy frameworks. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and communicate effectively.

In this role, you will be working closely with various stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and objectives. You will be required to demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
