
HR Director Position

We are seeking a senior Human Resource leader to join our team as an Executive Human Resource Professional.
This role involves providing strategic advice and support to senior management, contributing to the development and implementation of People Branch strategies, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on HR matters, including policy, guidelines, briefing papers, and presentations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of People Branch strategies to assist in managing the workforce.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and other relevant sections regarding priorities and emerging issues and provide advice and recommendations for resolution.
- Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the ongoing development and upskilling of your team and the broader HR function.
- Proven leadership experience in HR functions, with demonstrated capability in identifying risks and making strategic solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive HR experience in government or private sectors.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, AHRI recognition, and/or equivalent relevant experience across at least one or more HR discipline areas, including Workforce Reporting and Analytics, Workforce Planning, Strategic HR, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Payroll, and Workplace Health and Safety.
