Lead HR Manager Role

This is a leadership role within our Defence People Group. As an HR manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals who support customers in complex situations.

The role involves providing great customer service and designing packages to build manager capability. You will proactively engage with stakeholders to identify and respond to complex issues and provide advice accordingly.

As a trusted HR professional, you will collaborate with colleagues to deliver integrated solutions and lead a diverse team to drive performance and outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with multiple parties across various people issues;
  • Proactively communicating and leading a team responsible for day-to-day case management services and support;
  • Developing and implementing packages to build manager capability;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions;
  • Leading a diverse team to drive performance and outcomes.

Skills Required:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong organisational and interpersonal skills. You should have experience in leadership and team management, as well as a passion for Human Resources.
