About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Art Director. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for providing departments with professional imagery and visual content that is both artistic and commercially focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Project manage shoot briefs from production to completion, including initial art direction and concepts, talent sourcing, and ensuring content is on brand and inspiring.
- Develop creative campaign and content ideas that allow for public relations and sharable moments.
- Work closely and collaboratively with graphic designers, stylists, and producers to understand visual and verbal briefs.
- Fashion industry knowledge is essential.
Requirements
- Degree or qualifications in Graphic Design or a similar art or design subject.
- Experience in managing shoot production, sourcing and negotiating talent.
- Skills in developing creative campaign and content ideas.
- Experience working closely and collaboratively with graphic designers, stylists, and producers.
- Fashion industry knowledge is essential.
