About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and innovative individual to join our Marketing Creative team as a Senior Graphic Designer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering amazing Marketing assets, both Digital and Print, that reflect current trends in a fun and exciting way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to interpret direction and translate ideas into commercially-driven design solutions.
  • Lead a team of Junior and Mid Designers to design graphics and digital prints that align with our brand DNA.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that drive business results.
  • Mentor and guide team members to improve their design skills and experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Requirements

  • High level experience with creating Marketing graphics, digital and print focus.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications or experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience with Illustrator and Photoshop.
