About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Designer to join our team at Cotton On Group. This role is responsible for leading the development of digital design activities, including seasonal, promotional, and in-house marketing content, in accordance with brand directives and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital design strategies to drive business growth and engagement
  • Lead a team of digital designers to create high-quality, on-brand digital content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to meet business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior digital design role, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles, including UX/UI, visual design, and interaction design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience working with fashion/retail brands, with a passion for the industry
