About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Cotton On Group team as a Junior Art Director. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for providing departments with professional imagery and visual content that is both artistic and commercially focused to engage our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage shoot briefs from production to completion, including initial art direction and concepts, the sourcing of talent and shoot teams to deliver high quality imagery and ensuring content is on brand and inspiring.
  • Develop creative campaign and content ideas that allow for public relation and sharable moments (beyond an image).
  • Work closely and collaboratively with graphic designers, stylists and producers and understand visual and verbal briefs.
  • Fashion Industry knowledge is essential.

Requirements

  • Degree or qualifications in Graphic Design or a similar art or design subject.
  • Managing a project-based work log with a strict timeline process and communicating to other departments.
  • Experience in managing shoot production (stills and video), sourcing and negotiating talent.
