About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Creative Director, reporting directly to the Brand General Manager. As a key member of our Ceres team, you will be responsible for providing professional and commercially focused visual content that engages our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage shoot briefs from production to completion, including initial art direction and concepts, talent sourcing, and shoot team management.
  • Develop and execute high-quality lifestyle imagery and social media content that is on-brand and commercially focused.
  • Manage digital imagery selection in our AEM platform.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, stylists, and producers to develop creative campaign and content ideas.
  • Work closely with the Brand General Manager to ensure alignment with the company's vision and goals.

Requirements

  • Degree or qualifications in Graphic Design, Styling, or a related field.
  • Proven communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
  • Experience in managing project-based work logs with strict timelines and communicating with other departments.
  • Experience in devising shoots from art direction concept to final produced imagery.
  • Skills in developing creative campaign and content ideas that allow for public relations and sharable moments.
  • Fashion industry knowledge and experience working closely with graphic designers, stylists, and producers.
