Job Overview

This role is crucial in planning, executing and analysing promotional strategies for loyalty programs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll design innovative promotions to engage members and drive revenue growth.

  • Develop a promotional plan aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Oversee the promotional calendar, coordinating with design, merchandise and marketing teams.
  • Track and report on the success of promotions, continuously improving strategies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders on loyalty promotions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years in loyalty promotions management, with hands-on CRM experience (open to less for the right candidate).
  • Strong skills in crafting engaging promotional strategies.
  • Experience analysing consumer data to optimise campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster collaborative relationships.
