
Customer Loyalty Growth Specialist

You will take on a pivotal role in crafting and implementing customer loyalty initiatives to boost retention, stimulate repeat business, and elevate customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities- Create, implement, and refine customer loyalty programs to meet customer needs and maximize engagement.
- Develop strategies to retain customers and reduce churn through personalized offers and communications.
- Collaborate with CRM and Performance Marketing teams to design loyalty-focused marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, growth marketing, or customer analytics roles.
- A strong understanding of loyalty program design and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data-driven decision-making, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
