Key Responsibilities
  • Create, implement, and refine customer loyalty programs to meet customer needs and maximize engagement.
  • Develop strategies to retain customers and reduce churn through personalized offers and communications.
  • Collaborate with CRM and Performance Marketing teams to design loyalty-focused marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, growth marketing, or customer analytics roles.
  • A strong understanding of loyalty program design and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data-driven decision-making, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
