Loyalty Program Leader

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our Loyalty program strategy and execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing loyalty initiatives that drive customer retention and acquisition.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing loyalty strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Managing the health of our member database through data-driven insights and analytics
  • Amplifying our customer value proposition through targeted marketing campaigns
  • Developing and managing use cases for segmenting member data and cross-channel campaigns
  • Building and optimizing automated lifecycle campaigns to drive customer retention
  • Influencing key stakeholders to execute the loyalty strategy

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Sound knowledge of consumer research and analytics
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Familiarity with CMS systems and reporting tools
