About the Role

The Senior P&C Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with senior business leaders in Sales and Engineering teams to develop and implement P&C plans that support the strategic goals of their functions.

Key responsibilities include translating business strategy into actionable P&C initiatives, organisational design, change management, and cultural development. Additionally, this role will act as a key contributor to the global P&C strategy, providing insights on business needs and local market realities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior business leaders in Sales and Engineering teams to develop and implement P&C plans that support the strategic goals of their functions.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable P&C initiatives, including organisational design, change management, and cultural development.
  • Act as a key contributor to the global P&C strategy, providing insights on business needs and local market realities in Australia, the US, and the UK.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience as a Human Resources Business Partner.
  • Proven experience in being an active and contributing member of functional leadership teams, specifically with experience on sales leadership teams and engineering leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting global teams across multiple regions (including APAC, EMEA, and the US).
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
