Senior HR Business Partner

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing people strategies that drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR disciplines, including remuneration, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment law. You will be responsible for providing strategic advice to senior leaders and leading high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies, managing complex ER issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws. Additionally, you will work closely with other teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of HR disciplines, including remuneration, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
