As a Regional Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, driving sales growth, and maximizing profitability across key markets.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures, educating customers on the safe use of products.
- Identify and implement strategies to increase market share, grow key business segments, and optimize distribution networks.
- Oversee the installation of equipment and paint systems, arranging logistics and managing implementation plans.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key qualifications include:
- Proven experience in sales or account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at all levels.
- High degree of self-management and autonomy.
- Current and valid driver's license.
