**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Front of House (FOH) professional to join our team as a Training and Operations Officer. This role will focus on delivering high-quality training and support to ensure the success of our FOH operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for FOH staff, including barista skills and customer service techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement training initiatives that align with our business goals.
  • Conduct regular coaching and mentoring sessions to support the growth and development of FOH staff.
  • Assist with new store openings, handovers, and decommissioning to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with brand standards, food safety regulations, and supplier guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales through targeted marketing campaigns, product promotions, and upselling strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Full Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working in franchising or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and digital tools.
