Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Help ensure every guest has a top-notch experience by supporting the team with customer feedback and service excellence.
  • Team Support: Assist the Front of House Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Training: Help onboard and train new team members while encouraging ongoing development for the crew.
  • Scheduling Support: Work with the manager to ensure efficient team scheduling and contribute to meeting labour targets.
  • Daily Operations: Help maintain smooth daily operations, including cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards.
  • Problem Solving: Jump in to resolve challenges on the floor and keep things running smoothly during busy shifts.
About You:
  • Experience in a supervisory or team leader role in hospitality
  • Strong people skills and a passion for customer service
  • Great communication and a team-first attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the business
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to getting things done
