Front of House Operations Manager

We are seeking a charismatic leader to manage our front of house team and all aspects of restaurant management.
In this role, you will oversee customer service, reservation management, order taking, upselling, and closing the bill. You will also be responsible for bar management, stock ordering, and managing the take away section.
You will be trained by our team to ensure all systems are followed to company standards and that you are confident in your new role.
This position requires prior front of house restaurant management experience, team management skills, and organisational abilities.
A love for Italian food and wine is a must.
The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of restaurant management experience and excellent delegation and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front of house operations
- Oversee customer service and reservations
- Take orders and close bills
- Manage bar and stock inventory
- Supervise take away operations
Requirements:
