Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Help ensure every guest has a top-notch experience by supporting the team with customer feedback and service excellence.

Team Support: Assist the Front of House Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service.

Training: Help onboard and train new team members while encouraging ongoing development for the crew.

Scheduling Support: Work with the manager to ensure efficient team scheduling and contribute to meeting labour targets.

Daily Operations: Help maintain smooth daily operations, including cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards.

Problem Solving: Jump in to resolve challenges on the floor and keep things running smoothly during busy shifts.

About You:

Experience in a supervisory or team leader role in hospitality

Strong people skills and a passion for customer service

Great communication and a team-first attitude

Willingness to learn and grow with the business

A proactive, hands-on approach to getting things done
