Asset Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Professional to join our team. As an Asset Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic performance across our commercial property portfolio.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic insight and commercial support to optimise asset performance.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, leasing strategy, investment modelling, valuation support, and property development feasibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise centre performance.
  • Undertake due diligence and financial modelling on acquisitions, disposals, and redevelopments.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work with a national property investment firm managing 62 properties in 15 active trusts.
  • You will be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions.
  • A strong grasp of commercial leasing markets, valuation methodologies, and investment principles is essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years' experience in asset management, property investment, or development analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and property-specific tools.
  • Commercially astute, detail-oriented, and analytically driven.
