We are seeking a seasoned Portfolio Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of retail, commercial and industrial assets. This pivotal role will focus on delivering long-term asset strategies, maximising income and value, managing risk, and enhancing portfolio performance across our national footprint.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role in asset repositioning, tenant retention, leasing optimisation, and investment performance. You will be responsible for developing and executing 1–4-year Strategic Asset Plans (SAPs) to optimise value and leasing outcomes.

You will also manage leasing strategies and coordinate with internal and external agents, analyse market trends and valuation models to support capital transactions, oversee capex projects to enhance tenant experience and asset performance, and drive property-level performance through budget management, forecasting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute SAPs to optimise value and leasing outcomes.
  • Manage leasing strategies and coordinate with internal and external agents.
  • Analyse market trends and valuation models to support capital transactions.
  • Oversee capex projects to enhance tenant experience and asset performance.
  • Drive property-level performance through budget management, forecasting and reporting.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Portfolio Management or a related field.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset with a focus on value-add opportunities.
  • Experience in property leasing, budgeting, capex and tenant negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Real Estate or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency with property management systems and financial modelling tools.
