Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely rent collection, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large portfolio of properties
  • Collect and process rent payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords
  • Perform routine property inspections
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Property Management experience
  • QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner & time management
