Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Customer Service Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day PC+ (4PL) transport operations
  • Respond to incoming customers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders' requests and queries
  • Deliver great customer service to internal stakeholders, carrier partners and customers
  • Customer issue resolution
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve independently
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer support and/or operational supply chain role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Proficient in intermediate Excel or Google Sheets
