Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Service and Logistics Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in logistics operations.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting customers in resolving system and supply chain operation issues with 3rd party warehouse providers
  • Maintaining and updating new obsolete parts in SAP systems
  • Providing support in supply chain related reports and inventory reconciliations
  • Liaising with 3rd party warehouse providers on outbound shipment delivery/collection of cargo and logistics arrangements
  • Managing customer relations for assigned customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration and customer/sales support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
