Job Title: Logistics Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, secure, and efficient delivery of mission-critical logistics for our UH-60M Black Hawk program.

This is a challenging opportunity for an individual with experience in logistics or supply chain management who can manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain high levels of productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate facility access passes and permissions, maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Maintain and oversee access control lists for staff, contractors, and visitors, adhering to established security protocols.
  • Manage visitor access in compliance with Security and Export/Import regulations, ensuring seamless interactions between stakeholders.
  • Deliver site induction training on security, EHS, and emergency procedures, providing essential knowledge to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor temperature-controlled storage areas to ensure product integrity, performing regular checks to prevent temperature deviations.
  • Raise and track purchase requisitions for inventory supporting maintenance and supply activities, streamlining procurement processes.
  • Provide operational and administrative support across the project team, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a professional logistics or supply chain environment, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Diploma-level qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or a related discipline, demonstrating expertise in relevant areas.
