Rehabilitation Consultant Job Description

Our organization seeks to hire rehabilitation consultants who can assist injured individuals in their recovery and return to work and life. We are looking for candidates with clinical skills and knowledge, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist injured persons in their recovery, return to work, and life following injury or illness using clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios.
  • Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

Requirements:
  • Candidates should be occupational therapists or physiotherapists (with AHPRA registration) or exercise physiologists (with ESSA membership and SIRA modules).

  • A current police clearance and working with children check are mandatory.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
