Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in handling claims within the Specialty & Major Accounts market and working in a global matrix environment.
* Strong analytical, strategic, problem-solving skills, and the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage competing resources and demands.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to influence and drive outcomes, along with proficiency in systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
* Technical knowledge of relevant lines of business, current insurance guidelines, legislation, and regulations, with strong negotiation and investigation skills.
* High attention to detail, commitment to high standards of file maintenance, ability to address conflicts, a growth mindset, and impeccable ethics and professionalism.
