Insurance Claims Manager

As a claims consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve managing a portfolio of commercial claims from lodgement to finalisation, utilising your technical skills to navigate complex claims and negotiate settlements.
You will have direct communication with insurance brokers and clients, ensuring a high level of service that differentiates our clients from competitors.
- a proven track record of claims management and settlement
- demonstrated ability to work independently, cope with pressure, prioritise workload and meet agreed timelines
- ability to work in a team-based atmosphere
- a minimum of 6 months managing insurance claims
