Insurance Claims Manager

As a key player in our organization's success, we are seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage a portfolio of general insurance claims across multiple product lines. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with customers, third-party stakeholders, and internal teams to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.
The role involves converting third parties to lodge claims with their insurance company, following up active claim leads, assessing and understanding recovery claims, collecting necessary information, and providing support to customers experiencing hardship. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standard of service delivery, communicating clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, and making sound judgments on complex claims.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of quality and information security management systems, highly developed communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Your previous experience in general claims management is essential, along with your emotional intelligence, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and conflict resolution abilities.
