Asphalt Placement and Compaction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Asphalt Placement and Compaction Supervisor to lead our teams in delivering high-quality asphalt paving projects.

Job Description

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating plant, people, and materials to ensure seamless project delivery. Your strong leadership skills and expertise in asphalt placement, QA, and compaction methods will enable you to drive quality outcomes and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise asphalt placement, paving, and compaction crews
  • Coordinate plant, materials, and logistics for daily job readiness
  • Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and site safety checks
  • Mentor and develop crew members to build skill and capability
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience supervising asphalt paving/compaction crews (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of asphalt placement, QA, and compaction methods
  • Practical understanding of WHS legislation and compliance standards
