About the Role:
- Assist with data quality review and cleansing motions to ensure accurate reporting.
- Support sales reporting and analysis, focusing on Salesforce data normalization.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to sales operations managers and leaders.
- Develop analysis, reports, dashboards, and PowerBI reporting as needed.
- Document sales processes and tool policies to standardize practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to processes.
- Support sales leaders and field sales with cadences and reporting.
- Assist with access requests for onboarding and offboarding team members.
- Resolve field sales support inquiries promptly.
- Monitor system adoption and data compliance with governance policies.
- Ensure compliance with the Johnson Controls Ethics Policy and Safety Policy.
About You:
- 2-3 years of sales operations or sales analyst experience.
- Proven track record of promoting and utilizing CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.com.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
- Qualified Salesforce.com applicant, preferably.
- Strong tactical experience and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
