We are seeking a highly skilled Family Services Case Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of families and individuals.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality intake, screening, and referral services within a counselling framework. This includes managing incoming client referrals, assessing eligibility and suitability, completing client intake and initial needs assessments, risk assessments and safety planning where required, and providing information and referring to internal and external programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or Behavioural Science from a recognised institution.
- An understanding of Domestic and Family Violence Act, Child Protection Act, and Family Law Act.
- Experience in intake, risk assessment, case management, and referral pathways.
- Strong written and communication skills, with the ability to advocate for clients' needs.
