Case Coordination Role:

Life Without Barriers is a leading social purpose organisation that provides support and care to children and young people, families, and communities.

We are seeking a Full-Time Case Coordinator to provide support and care services to refugees and asylum seekers living in Australia.

As a Case Coordinator, you will work with clients to support their meaningful engagement, progress towards their personal development goals, and develop high-quality Case Plans.

You will also assist clients through referrals to identified support services and provide high-quality service delivery to enable clients to connect meaningfully to the community and achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Human Services or a related discipline, strong case coordination experience, and the ability to support individuals, families, and/or groups from a strengths-based and culturally appropriate perspective.

They will also possess well-developed written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage complex physical and mental health concerns.
