Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Management and training of front office staff.
  • Monitoring and optimization of front office performance metrics and guest satisfaction scores.
  • Handling VIP guests and special requests with utmost care and attention to detail.
  • Room allocations and group arrivals for smooth check-in processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory position in the hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
