- Active participation in pre-opening setup, including the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), systems implementation, and checklists creation.

- Proven ability to think creatively and deliver personalized service while staying true to company values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in leading the front office operations from pre-opening setup through to daily delivery of seamless guest-led experiences.
- Manage all aspects of front office operations, including lobby flow, guest engagement, and luggage support.
- Develop and implement effective processes to ensure efficient front office operations and excellent guest service.
- Work closely with the Front Office Manager to achieve hotel goals and objectives.
