Job Title: Passenger Service Delivery Agent

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have a strong commitment to safety and efficiency? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Passenger Service Delivery Agent to join our team at Sydney International Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to all client airlines, ensuring all customer service requirements are met in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Carry out passenger check-in duties and other responsibilities commensurate with the passenger service for customer airlines.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed on time and that all reporting is completed as per service delivery agreements and company requirements.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including those in wheelchairs, during disrupted or delayed services.
  • Ensure compliance with OH & S Regulations and Company OH & S Policies to ensure the safety of passengers and other employees.
  • Report any incidents immediately and maintain awareness and obligations involved in reporting incidents.
  • Build strong working relationships with all dnata Airport Services staff and client airline employees/delegates.
  • Promote and maintain a positive company image, including grooming, behaviors, and service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Experience in dealing with difficult situations with clients and high-volume, personalized customer service.
  • Ability to handle pressured and stressful job situations successfully.
  • Ability to work within a team, sharing information and providing support to ensure a coordinated approach to customer requirements during aircraft operation.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people from various backgrounds and deal with confidential and sensitive situations.
  • Ability to handle baggage up to 32kg and assist special needs passengers.
  • High level of computer skills and ability to work unsupervised at times.
  • Motivated and capable of committing to rostered shifts spanning 24 hours/7 days a week.
