  • Report network baggage handling discrepancies, contributing to the improvement of our services.
  • Conduct OTP reviews, analyzing performance and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Update company policies and procedures, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
  • Provide relief coverage for senior staff within the airports department, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to hold an ASIC (Aviation Security Identity Card).
  • Tertiary qualifications in an Aviation discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computer productivity applications, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision.
