  • Conduct initial investigations into policy breaches within the airports department, maintaining a culture of compliance.
  • Review and update staff shift rosters, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing disruptions.
  • Report network baggage handling discrepancies, contributing to the improvement of our airline's operational efficiency.
  • Conduct OTP reviews, analyzing and optimizing our flight schedules for better performance.
  • Update company policies and procedures, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
  • Provide relief coverage for senior staff within the airports department, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to hold an ASIC (Aviation Security Identity Card)
  • Tertiary qualifications in an Aviation discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with computer productivity applications such as Microsoft Office (advanced IT skills highly regarded)
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
